Emma has worked with FTSE 100s, start-ups and everything in between across the UK & Europe. Her career began in BP’s UK Retail team, generating industry-beating results in declining markets. Promoted into BP’s European strategic transformation team, her work was seen as a form of best practice globally. Emma advanced into BP’s global social media team, creating & curating content for 2.5million followers on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram, before leaving BP to take a technology start-up through a successful investment round. She then joined a Hampshire based business as marketing & business development manager; in 6 months Emma tripled their pipeline & became recognised as a Top 50 influencer within the fitout sector before leaving to found EMARI. When not in the office, Emma spends her time salsa dancing, travelling or volunteering; she has raised over £50,000 for charity within the last 5 years. She has two first-class degress in ancient philosophy & rhetoric, she can also say her alphabet backwards just as fast as she can forwards!
